Our inspiring beginnings
The Early Years Experts was founded out of a deep passion for supporting children, practitioners, and parents to achieve the best outcomes in early childhood education. Our founder’s journey began in the classroom, working directly with young children, where the transformative impact of high-quality early years practice became clear.
From practice to leadership
Over the years, this experience expanded to include supporting learners in apprenticeships, leading multi-site nurseries, and managing staff and operational challenges, including high turnover rates. This breadth of experience allows us to offer practical, results-driven guidance to early years practitioners, leaders, and aspiring professionals.
Mastering inspections and beyond
We have also conducted Ofsted inspections and mock inspections, providing firsthand insight into what makes a setting outstanding and how to overcome common pitfalls. Whether it’s improving staff performance, developing career pathways, enhancing child development practices, or preparing a setting for inspection, we are here to help.
